Preparing for the Exam

Recommended Study Material for Jurisprudence Exam

Exam composition

  • Exam Time - 90 Minutes
  • 50 Questions - Multiple Choice / True False
  • A score of 68% is required for passing

Exam Results

Passing the Exam

  • Upon completion of the online exam, you will receive your results instantly.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for official results to be scored and for remote proctoring testing video to be reviewed
  • People who pass will the Jurisprudence Exam will be upgraded to a CADC II or CADC III, no additional time is added to your expiration date
  • A renewal for your new CADC level will be assigned to your Certemy Account
  • A digital certificate will be placed inside your Certemy Digital Wallet, and a physical certificate will be mailed out in 2-4 weeks.

Failing the Exam

  • Exam can only be attempted once in a 30 day cycle
  • If you do not pass the exam, please reach out to MHACBO to discuss re-test options
